During the week of May 2-6, the kindergarten to grade 8 students of IHMS participated in a unique school wide art activity. The art activity was held at the Sts. Vladimir and Olga Parish Hall, and was facilitated by guest artist Laura Gowler.

Each class walked from IHMS to the Parish Hall for two separate one hour lessons on painting with acrylic paints. Every class painted the same scene, which was different from the scene of every other grade.

After being displayed in the downstairs hallway during the week of May 9=13, each student’s finished artwork was taken home to be proudly displayed!
