During regular season play, the boys played 8 games and won 4 of them. This put them in 6th pace overall by the end of the season. Note that there were 12 teams altogether in the league, and that each of them played only 8 games. So every team did not play every other team in regular season play.

The boy???s A team also entered 2 tournaments:

  1. The St. Paul???s Tournament, where they finished 6th out of 12 teams.
  2. The General Wolfe Tournament, where they came in last out of 8 teams.

During the playoffs, they won 2 game and lost 2 games. They ended up moving to the B side (the ???Consolation side???) where they unfortunately lost in the finals and ended up in 6th place overall. Despite their mediocre performance, the boys learned a lot of important basketball skills that can be used over the next few years as they continue to improve.

The players on the boys ???B??? team were: Nick S., Steven D., Andriy B., Illya R., Raphael C., Edcel A., Ian P., Josh T., Nick Z., Nathan R., Mikey M., Aahandeep J. and Gabriel M.

The boys on the ???B??? team played 8 games in the regular season, and won 5 of them. They also entered the St. Gerard tournament where they played 3 games and won 2 of them. There are no end of season rankings for ???B??? teams in the Manitoba Catholic Schools Athletic Association (they play for fun and experience), but overall the IHMS boy???s ???B??? team had a successful basketball season, winning more games than they lost! They also picked up a lot of useful experience that they can use next year.
