IHMS relies heavily on fundraising projects from which the proceeds are earmarked for specific needs. If you have any questions regarding fund raising, please contact the school office.
Occasionally specific classes will hold a fund raiser to assist in special activities (eg. Camp, Graduation, etc.).

We invite you to support the upcoming Immaculate Heart Mary School – Annual Fund Raising Dinner on March 8, 2025 at the Holy Eucharist Parish Centre. This event raises dollars that are critically needed to enhance the educational needs of our students.
The Fund Raising Dinner is a wonderful evening. There will be delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, a spectacular meal catered by Bergmann’s on Lombard, wine, and fabulous prizes in a raffle room. It’s an evening you don’t want to miss!
Individual tickets will be available for $150 in January 2025 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary School Office (phone number: 204-582-5698 or email ihms@ihms.mb.ca).

The Annual Fund Raising Raffle takes place on the last Wednesday in November (Wednesday, November 27, 2024). The Fund Raising Raffle has the potential of distributing up to 7,000.00 in prizes! There are 500 tickets printed. The first ticket drawn, and every 25th ticket drawn thereafter will win $200.00. The final ticket drawn will be awarded $ 3,000.00. Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used for the advancement of educational programs at the school.
Tickets are being sold for $50.00 and are now available through the IHMS School Office (phone 204-582-5698 or email: ihms@ihms.mb.ca).
All IHMS families are responsible for selling a minimum of 2 tickets at a total value of $100.00. If anyone is able to sell more, extra tickets are available through the school office. The more tickets our school sells the larger the profit for the school. Last year there were twelve families in our school community that were $200.00 winners!

Immaculate Heart of Mary School’s Super Spring 50/50 Raffle will take place on May 16, 2025. Tickets are purchased online and will go on sale in mid-April, 2025. Proceeds from the Super Spring 50/50 Raffle go towards supporting programs for the children at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. We look forward to your support.
The Kernels Popcorn Fundraiser features several different popcorn flavours. The bags are produced fresh in a peanut/nut-free store. In addition, each bag contains a “buy one medium bag, get one free” coupon that can be used at any Kernels Store (located on the back of the bag)! The best part is IHMS receives almost half the profits!!

The IHMS Parents’ Guild is excited to offer families an opportunity to take part in the Gift Card Fundraiser … just in time for the Christmas season. It will not cost you one penny more than you would normally spend on gift cards. Each gift card retailer donates a percentage of each purchase to the fundraiser at no cost to you or to IHMS. We encourage you to invite your friends and family to order gift cards as well! Some of the participating retailers include Superstore, Sobeys, Safeway, Wal-Mart, The Bay, Home Depot, Rona, Petro-Canada, Shell, Canadian Tire, Best Buy, Shoppers Drug Mart, Molly Maid, Kernels, Outlet Collection, Uber, Apple, and many, many more.
Please fill in the required contact information, as well as, the number and type of gift cards, along with the totals on the attached Gift Card Order Form. Submit the orders to the School Office, or email it to parentsguild@ihms.mb.ca prior to November 18, 2024. The orders will be processed immediately following the due date and be available the first week of December… just in time for Christmas!
