Mr. R. Picklyk, the school’s principal and Mrs. K. Walkow, the school’s resource teacher, were both honoured at the June 28th graduation liturgy for 25 years of dedicated service to IHMS.

After Mr. Picklyk made the announcement of Mrs. Walkow’s 25th anniversary, Sr. Anne Pidskalny, the school’s director, presented her with a bouquet of roses and a wristwatch on behalf of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate and the IHM School Board.

Sr. Anne then repeated the same presentation with Mr. Picklyk! He was also presented with a bouquet of roses and a wristwatch on behalf of the Sisters Servants of Mary Immaculate and the IHM School Board,

 

Mr. Picklyk and Mrs. Walkow are now the 9th and 10th members of the current IHMS staff to achieve this milestone of 25 years of faithful service. Most of these 10 staff members have over 30 years of teaching experience at IHMS.
